
Customer Support Specialist

The primary function of this role is to deliver exceptional customer support across various communication channels, ensuring timely and professional responses to client customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social media platforms.
- Provide assistance and resolution for common issues, including booking modifications and general service questions.
- Review and process applications from pet care professionals, verifying profile details and compliance requirements.
- Escalate high-priority or sensitive issues to senior agents or managers when necessary.
