Job Role

The primary function of this role is to deliver exceptional customer support across various communication channels, ensuring timely and professional responses to client customers.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social media platforms.
  • Provide assistance and resolution for common issues, including booking modifications and general service questions.
  • Review and process applications from pet care professionals, verifying profile details and compliance requirements.
  • Escalate high-priority or sensitive issues to senior agents or managers when necessary.
