Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic professional to join our team as a Customer Support Representative.

This role involves answering customer inquiries via phone calls and video chats, communicating clearly and effectively, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Our ideal candidate is fluent in English, both spoken and written, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer customer questions over the phone and communicate clearly and effectively in writing.
  • Diagnose and solve customers' problems via phone, email, and chat.
  • Communicate effectively via phone, chat, and email with our customers.
  • Coordinate with colleagues and management.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written communication.
