Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of customer interactions via phone, email, and online chat to resolve queries and provide solutions.
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and research every issue to provide effective resolutions.
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products and services when applicable.
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers by going above and beyond to meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry changes and trends to deliver best-in-class service.
  • Meet personal and team targets for quality and quantity.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Additionally, you should possess:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role is essential.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
  • Consistent attention to detail and quality.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Strong time management skills with the majority of time focused on inbound calls.
  • Flexibility with scheduling is preferred, as occasional evening and/or weekend shifts may be required.
  • Must have your own laptop.
