We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing solutions to customers' queries.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a high volume of customer interactions via phone, email, and online chat to resolve queries and provide solutions.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and research every issue to provide effective resolutions.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products and services when applicable.
- Build sustainable relationships with customers by going above and beyond to meet their needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry changes and trends to deliver best-in-class service.
- Meet personal and team targets for quality and quantity.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Additionally, you should possess:
- Previous experience in a customer support role is essential.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Consistent attention to detail and quality.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Strong time management skills with the majority of time focused on inbound calls.
- Flexibility with scheduling is preferred, as occasional evening and/or weekend shifts may be required.
- Must have your own laptop.
