
Customer Support Liaison

We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Support Liaison. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints via email and chat on Amazon Seller Central and client websites.
- Provide accurate product information, order details, shipping updates, and return procedures.
- Assist customers with navigating websites, placing orders, and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to address customer concerns and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers to build trust and loyalty.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring issues to proactively address them.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Experience with customer service tools such as E-desk or similar platforms preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong customer service orientation with ability to empathize and prioritize customer needs.
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
