Job Overview

The Purchasing and Accounts Specialist will develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective purchasing, assess supplier performance, build strong partnerships, oversee contract agreements, process purchase orders, guarantee timely deliveries, manage inventory tracking, assist with invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation, and maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and financial transactions.

Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or accounts management.
  • A solid understanding of financial software, ERP systems, and procurement tools.
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with vendors and internal teams.
