Key Responsibilities

This role involves building strong relationships with business leaders to drive performance, engagement, and workforce alignment.

  • Develop strategic HR guidance that supports goals and challenges.

As a trusted advisor, you will also act as a mediator for employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and recommend fair resolutions.

You will analyze employee feedback, design engagement programs, and interpret and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance.

Additionally, this role involves leveraging HR data and metrics to identify trends and drive decisions, presenting actionable insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably in a business partner capacity.
  • Strong foundation in employee relations, organizational development, and performance management.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Proven ability to influence, build trust, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability in a fast-paced environment.
