In this Procurement Role, you will be responsible for the management of vendor contracts, procurement operations, and contract administration. This includes supporting and managing the vendor contract review process, including initial request review, coordination with Procurement, Legal and Compliance teams, and Business Owners.

You will also be responsible for the daily updates to Procurement Leadership SharePoint Excel files, savings trackers, and various other internal applications as needed. Additionally, you will facilitate the vendor contract execution process, including gathering of signatures via DocuSign, contract archiving, and database management.

Your duties will include tracking and managing the lifecycle of procurement contracts, ensuring timely renewals, amendments, or terminations. You must be detail-oriented with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in contract terms.

You will also be responsible for facilitating Requisition to PO processing in the Coupa Procure to Pay system (PTP) for goods and services required as needed. Furthermore, you will review and/or select suppliers with the best package of quality, price, terms, and delivery for requisitions submitted.

The ideal candidate is responsible, analytical, organized, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to work directly with global suppliers and employees at all levels. A BS degree in Business or Accounting related field is preferred, along with procurement experience in a fast-paced environment.

You should be competent in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint); experience with Coupa Procure to Pay system (or comparable) is preferred. General understanding of terms and conditions for procurement contracts and experience working with a Legal team in the contract review process are desired.

Requirements
