About the Role

The role of Strategic Supply Chain Partner is a pivotal position at our organization, focusing on driving the growth of our B2B/B2C platform by expanding our network of high-end furniture and premium food suppliers. This offshore position requires a proactive mindset to ensure a smooth flow of products and a premium experience for customers.

This hands-on role involves managing the entire lifecycle of supplier relationships, from initial outreach and negotiation to ongoing operational support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in an offshore capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, source, and secure new suppliers through negotiations and agreements.
  • Onboard new suppliers and manage their relationships throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Update product catalogs with complex pricing structures.
Operational Excellence:
  • Coordinate logistics and fulfillment for efficient and timely product delivery.
  • Monitor platform operations to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve any issues promptly.
Performance & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze key business metrics, including profit margins, COGS, stock levels, and lead times.
  • Prepare performance reports for management with actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with ability to manage professional relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills, familiarity with e-commerce operations, and proficiency in using spreadsheets and CRM tools.
