Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic professional to join our team as a Care Operations Associate. This full-time remote role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a deep commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and compassionate service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Patient Document Management: Manage patient documents and ensure timely, accurate distribution of medical records.
  • Communication Liaison: Act as the primary contact for communication with healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical facilities.
  • Medical Record Requests: Request and follow up on medical records, diagnostic reports, and imaging studies via calls and emails.
  • Scheduling Support: Support families in scheduling visits and coordinating care delivery processes.
  • Familial Relationships: Build meaningful relationships with parents as part of the support team.
  • Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure a seamless experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, medical records management, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2+ year experience in administrative or operations roles (e.g., Care Delivery Administrator, Operations Specialist, Care Coordinator).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems creatively.
  • Commitment to going above and beyond for families.
  • Comfortable with dynamic responsibilities and cross-functional support.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, with hands-on experience navigating Google Drive and other cloud-based tools for document management and communication.
