Family Empowerment Role

The Family Empowerment Associate will work closely with families to help them reach their potential and access care.

This role requires empathy, tenacity, charisma, and patience. You will be responsible for managing the family training pipeline, supporting best-in-class clinical training, and guiding families through the healthcare maze.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Family Support Function: Own and drive the family support function, including managing the family training pipeline, supporting best-in-class clinical training, and helping families reach their potential.
  • Families Guidance: Guide families through the healthcare maze, provide critical voice for collaboration, and uplift them in every way possible.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with technology, clinical, and product teams to advance our mission and empower families.
  • Community Building: Help coordinate meet-ups, introduce families to each other, and organize events that empower families to rely on one another.

Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, education, or healthcare management.
  • At least 1-4 years of experience in sales or customer success in a professional role.
  • Excellent project management skills, ability to handle complex initiatives, set goals, and optimize workflows.
  • Experience in business analytics and performance measurement (or willingness to learn), proficient with spreadsheets and growth dashboards.
  • Deep empathy, tenacity, charisma, and patience.
