The Role

This role empowers families to access essential care services, working closely with real individuals facing everyday challenges.

You will:

  • Collect, review, and track necessary documentation from caregivers and families.
  • Maintain open lines of communication via phone, text, and email to guide families through the documentation process.
  • Handle high-volume interactions daily while upholding professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with state and Medicaid/Medicare regulations.
  • Develop strong relationships with families, providing clear and compassionate support.
  • Maintain organized records and send timely reminders for expiring documents.
  • Collaborate with onboarding, credentialing, and family support teams to ensure a seamless experience.
