
Strategic Regional Marketing Specialist

The Trade Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving marketing operations and developing category reviews to meet the company's goals and objectives, ultimately enhancing market share, customer satisfaction, and productivity performance.
- Marketing Consultancy for the region: The incumbent oversees marketing activities for assigned regions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Implementation of corporate marketing standards: This involves managing and implementing marketing policies and guidelines across various regions.
- Regional Special Projects: The Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for initiating and overseeing special projects that drive regional growth and improvement.
- Marketing Training Consultant: This role involves providing training and guidance to area managers, store managers, and other stakeholders on marketing techniques, practices, and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes activation programs to drive regional growth and improvement.
- Plans, evaluates, and oversees the execution of promotional and visibility activities within the region.
- Monitors progress and top-line business results for each region.
- Ensures timely and efficient execution of all trade programs.
Process Improvement and Solutions:
- Monitors, develops, and improves processes to link marketing activities with operations team activities.
- Designs, develops, and implements execution strategies to drive regional growth.
- Provides leadership in translating brand marketing strategy into impactful trade programs.
- Recommends and tracks process check metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Product Category Review:
- Provides analytics and insights to customer dynamics using business intelligence data to drive business opportunities.
- Monitors product and category performance per store and region.
- Provides monthly RBU/district product performance reports.
- Researches and provides feedback reports on competitive activity, market situations, and issues affecting marketing in the region.
Trade Marketing Training Programs:
- Drives trade marketing training needs of area managers, store managers, and other stakeholders.
- Oversees usage and updating of Trade Marketing Playbook/Tool Kit.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing Manager/Brand Activation Manager roles, preferably in a multinational consumer goods company.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to operate effectively across cultural and functional boundaries.
- Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions quickly.
- Adept in Merchandising, Local Store Marketing, Trade Marketing, Activation, and Below-The-Line Marketing Activities.
- Willingness to perform fieldwork in designated areas.
