About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients via phone, email, and chat.

Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, while also developing and maintaining product knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date information to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to work independently and think critically.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers
  • Resolve complex customer issues and escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • More than 1 year of technical support experience
  • Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
  • A complex thinker and technical thinker to understand the products and services provided by the customers they will be supporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic technical support background
  • Experience in answering chats, emails, and calls
  • A positive attitude towards work and a willingness to learn
  • Empathetic to customers
  • Calm under pressure
  • Can work with minimal to no supervision
