Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

In this role, you will work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to identify and resolve issues, improving overall customer satisfaction. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability will enable you to thrive in this fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st line support for reported incidents via phone, email, and chat
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries using your own initiative, including troubleshooting network and Internet-related issues, hardware returns, and correspondence via email
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, including ticket documentation and follow-up communications
  • Cross-department collaboration in planning and execution of support processes when resolving customer issues
  • Achieve individual and team targets through effective issue resolution and quality control
