We're seeking a seasoned Technical Support Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. This role is ideal for individuals with a developer's mindset who thrive in troubleshooting and problem-solving environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support for our growing CRM and automation platform, built on Go High Level. Key responsibilities include investigating user-reported problems, tracing logic across workflows, and pinpointing root causes with minimal direction. The ideal candidate will also configure, test, and refine automations, triggers, forms, and custom workflows.

Additionally, the selected individual will collaborate with internal development and implementation teams to escalate bugs, recommend solutions, and contribute to fixes. A strong understanding of APIs, JSON payloads, and integrations is essential for this role. Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Python, or API usage is also required.

This is an independent contractor engagement that requires flexibility and self-motivation. As a remote worker, you will be expected to work during core Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) business hours, participate in daily stand-up meetings with our team, and maintain transparency about your current roles and client work.

Requirements
  • Solid hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL) in a support, automation, or technical configuration role
  • Developer's mindset - able to debug, trace logic, read logs, and reverse-engineer automation failures
  • Basic programming skills (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Python, or API usage)
  • Minimum 2 years in a technical support/helpdesk role, ideally in a SaaS, CRM, or automation-heavy environment
  • Comfortable working with APIs, JSON payloads, and integrations (Zapier/Make experience a plus)
  • Strong written communication skills for clear, text-based client communication
  • Self-starter who digs into problems without waiting for step-by-step instructions
