Remote Technical Support Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a member of our remote support team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and delivering exceptional client service.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ticket Resolution: Analyze and resolve customer support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to SQL, Linux, networking, and VPNs.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with utility clients to deliver customized solutions and ensure seamless project execution.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Required Skills and Qualifications- 4+ years' experience in SQL, production environments, and client support.
- Linux OS support and network administration knowledge.
- Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
