Voice Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled professional to fill the role of Voice Technical Support Specialist in a fractional capacity.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance via inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with product inquiries and technical issues.
- Conduct live product demonstrations to showcase features and functionality, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary, ensuring seamless client engagements and resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field, with a strong ability to conduct product demonstrations and explain technical concepts in an accessible way.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred, with excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively across multiple client accounts, with experience working with CRM systems and support ticketing tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a remote work setting, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer support and driving business growth.
