Job Title: Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a talented Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our corporate banking group, you will be responsible for packaging credit facilities suitable for clients' needs and preparing corresponding credit proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Packaging credit facilities suitable for clients' needs
  • Preparing corresponding credit proposals
  • Regularly monitoring clients' portfolios to ensure credit quality
  • Conducting client calls and plant visits
  • Ensuring proper documentation of all loan accounts
  • Supervising Account Coordinators to ensure timely and proper booking of transactions and adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Relationship Manager in the banking or financial services industry
  • Experience in handling corporate clients
  • Strong background in credit evaluation and financial analysis
  • Good communication skills and confident in talking to senior clients and internal partners
  • Strong analytical skills
