Job Title: Business Development Specialist
Position Overview:As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue. You will work closely with internal teams to develop strategic plans, execute sales initiatives, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely delivery of results;
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities;
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement sales strategies, including developing marketing campaigns and content;
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions and optimize sales processes;
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty;
- Graduate degree in a related field, such as business administration or marketing;
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field;
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications;
- Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment;
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques;
- Certification in sales or business development;
- Fluency in additional languages;
