Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry and excellent communication skills.

This is a challenging opportunity for someone looking to leverage their research, outreach, and project management skills to drive business growth.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential leads, developing targeted marketing strategies, and collaborating with our sales team to convert leads into sales.

About the Role
  1. Develop and execute lead generation strategies using email, calls, LinkedIn, and other online channels.
  2. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation processes and improve conversion rates.
  4. Maintain accurate records of prospect data and lead interactions.
  5. Engage with prospects via phone, email, and instant messaging to build relationships and nurture leads.
Requirements
  • At least 1-year of experience as an Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Specialist with international clients.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry and knowledge of current technologies, such as desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP.
  • Proficient in lead generation software and online marketing channels.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude and strong time management skills.
