As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our barista team and ensuring the highest standards of coffee preparation and customer service are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor baristas, providing training on coffee preparation, customer service, and café operations.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all beverages meet our quality standards and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Cash Handling Management: Oversee cash register operations, including cash handling, balancing cash drawers, and reconciling daily sales reports.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma; a college degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
