Job Description:
Sales Team Lead
We are seeking an experienced Client Service Director to join our sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance team performance
- Provide training and guidance to account executives
- Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the client experience
- Plan and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and grow the client base
- Promote clinic services, including skincare treatments, aesthetic procedures, and products
- Track sales progress and adjust strategies as needed to meet sales targets
- Prepare regular sales reports and present to upper management with insights and recommendations
- Work closely with the marketing department to ensure alignment of sales efforts with promotional campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions, client interactions, and feedback
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or supervisory roles, preferably in the aesthetic or healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments, dermatology services, or the beauty industry is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a sales team
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Client-focused approach with strong customer service orientation
Salary:$80,000 - $120,000 per year
