Job Description

As a Customer Success Strategist, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive business plans and account strategies to support global channel growth. You will conceptualize and lead tailored marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Your key responsibilities will include aligning buying strategies with campaign planning to ensure business goals are achieved, conducting in-depth post-campaign analysis to identify missed opportunities, and integrating campaign insights into strategic account planning to maximize sales and profitability.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • +5 years of experience in e-commerce, account management, or marketplace strategy.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and growth in a multi-channel or online marketplace environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI, and marketplace reporting tools.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, operations, finance, and marketing teams.
