Business Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Communications Specialist to contribute to our journalism and public relations efforts.

The Role

This position involves collaborating with other business journalists and PR specialists, reporting to a team lead and the CEO.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducting research, gathering information and writing business articles
  • Creating and scheduling weekly newsletters
  • Developing weekly podcast features
  • Pitching, researching and crafting press releases
  • Managing public affairs and media efforts including writing op-eds and mobilizing editorial campaigns
  • Designing graphics and other visual content
  • Maintaining our social media platforms
