Job Overview

A key performance indicator (KPI) professional facilitates the collaboration between functional teams and stakeholders to identify business requirements, define metrics, and develop reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business goals into measurable KPIs and performance indicators.
  • Work with data to develop trusted reporting and analytics.

Analytics & Insight Generation

  • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.
  • Build and iterate on analytical models, dashboards, or data sets in collaboration with data scientists.

Data Validation & Metric Governance

  • Help ensure consistency and accuracy of key business definitions across reporting and analytics.
  • Support documentation of KPIs, including definitions, formulas, ownership, and rationale.

Enablement & Storytelling

  • Deliver insights to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling and dashboard reviews.
  • Help build a data-driven culture by enabling teams to ask better questions and explore answers using data visualization tools.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields (open to strong candidates from other domains transitioning into analytics).
