We are seeking a skilled and creative professional to capture the energy of live sports and turn it into engaging content for our audience.

• Capture and edit key sports moments for social media platforms within minutes of the play, leveraging creativity and quick thinking to make impactful storytelling possible.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of viral sports culture on social media platforms, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align storytelling with business objectives and goals.
3. Maintain flexibility with working hours to cover major sports events in different time zones, requiring adaptability and strong time management skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional editing experience, preferably in sports or entertainment, with expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Deep grasp of Gen-Z meme culture, TikTok pacing, and viral hooks, with the ability to identify high-impact moments across various sports without watching full games.
• Comfort operating in a real-time, high-velocity environment, with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Requirements:

• Short-form editing chops on par with industry leaders, with experience in creating engaging and shareable content.
• Past content with documented viral performance, demonstrating success in driving engagement and brand awareness.
