As a marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted B2B email campaigns using Mailchimp, segmenting audiences, and tracking performance metrics.
- Develop targeted email campaigns using Mailchimp to reach business-to-business audiences.
- Create high-quality marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, proposal materials, pitch decks, and trade show assets, maintaining consistent visual branding across all platforms.
- Manage and update multiple company websites in WordPress, ensuring current content and search engine optimization.
- Grow the company's presence on various social media platforms, create engaging content, and facilitate community interaction.
- Plan and execute initiatives for events, sponsorships, and recruiting efforts, partner with leadership to develop brand storytelling strategies, and coordinate special projects.
Key Requirements include:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media.
- Proven ability to manage B2B social media channels, including analytics review and engagement strategy.
- Hands-on experience with Mailchimp or similar tools for targeted campaigns, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools, with an eye for brand consistency and visual detail.
- Experience managing and updating WordPress websites, including basic SEO optimization and content formatting.
