Job Description

This role oversees the end-to-end development, implementation, and management of AIA Vitality customer and distribution propositions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing compelling health and wellness propositions to improve the AIA Vitality program.
  • Leading the creation of value-adding propositions and campaigns anchored on the AIA Vitality ecosystem.
  • Crafting overall AIA Vitality customer and distributor strategy.
  • Ensuring inclusion of AIA Vitality in training materials and regular enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business, marketing, or management with experience working with multiple markets in Asia.

Additional requirements include:

  • Graduate degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven track record in retail, financial services multinationals in the banking, insurance, fund management, or consumer finance sector.
  • Strategic thinking, excellent analytical skills, and strong leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and problem-solving skills.
