This role involves executing and implementing strategic plans for the protection with savings segment. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Formulating and implementing marketing programs
  2. Developing strong partnerships with key stakeholders (e.g., distribution team, external partners) to drive strategy
  3. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution of strategies and initiatives
  4. Monitoring metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related fields
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, customer segment development, or related areas
  • Experience in insurance is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of consumer and distribution trends
  • Results-oriented with ability to demonstrate measurable results
  • Excellent interpersonal and management skills to interact with staff, senior management, and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented
  • Financial literacy
  • Exposure to the financial services industry
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Leadership qualities
