Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain hardware, software, and systems in optimal condition.
  • Manage and follow up on open tickets, ensuring timely response and resolution.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior management.
  • Evaluate current and upcoming industry standards.
  • Participate in projects as assigned.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of IT support experience, preferably with a background in customer service or technical support roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities are required.
  • Proficiency in Mac, Linux, and Windows operating systems is necessary.
  • Understanding of PC hardware components and troubleshooting is a must.
  • Experience with Windows networking, LAN/WAN, DNS, TCP/IP, and firewalls is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with remote connectivity issues is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience supporting Macs is desirable.
  • Knowledge of routers and firewalls is beneficial.
  • Skills in troubleshooting, Linux, and web hosting are preferred.
