About Our Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences via live chat and tickets.

You should be fluent in English (C1 or native), have exceptional communication skills, and an understanding of web hosting fundamental concepts.
