Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a technical support specialist. We are seeking a customer-focused professional who can provide top-notch service and exceed customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to multitask across systems and applications. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for customer service are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities include providing technical support, effectively communicating with customers, and navigating complex technical issues to resolve customer complaints.

Additional requirements include strong spoken and written English skills (at least C1 level), minimum 1 year professional customer service experience or equivalent customer-facing role, and experience supporting customers via email, chat, or phone.

Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Office 360 and experience with Zendesk, ServiceDesk, or Freshdesk. Ability to meet minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while chatting with customers is also desired.

Requirements
