We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients.

Job Opportunity

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, resolving complex technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

You will also collaborate with our internal teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat to resolve client issues.
  • Manage incidents and requests within the ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Perform daily ticket follow-ups with clients to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
  • Resolve username and password problems, perform uninstall/reinstall of approved software applications, and provide multifactor authentication, single sign-on, and VPN support.
  • Work with remote access tools such as LogMeIn, TeamViewer, and Take Control to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection required.
  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows 10, and Active Directory.
  • 1+ year Mac OS experience.
  • Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Progressive experience in Technical Support roles with MSP or call center IT support environments.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
