Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist.

This role involves providing technical assistance and support to clients, ensuring the security, integrity, and efficiency of their IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft O365, Azure, or AWS, with experience in cloud infrastructure support, system and data security, and endpoint management.

  • Cloud Infrastructure Support:
    • Ensure the security, integrity, and efficiency of client IT systems.
  • System and Data Security:
    • Maintain high standards of security across all client networks.
  • Endpoint Management:
    • Handle technical support requests and resolve issues efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in Global Support/Technical Operations Engineering.
  • Relevant IT experience and/or certifications in Microsoft O365, Azure, or AWS.
  • Proficiency in PowerApps, with experience in developing and customizing business applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to confidently interact with staff and suppliers.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
