Job Title: Technical Support SpecialistOverview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized technical support specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success group, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with our payment solutions.

Your primary responsibility will be to resolve client and/or merchant technical support issues relating to point of service (POS) products. This includes identifying and troubleshooting problems, providing timely and effective solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve client and/or merchant technical support issues relating to POS products.
  • Enter required data into databases while resolving customer issues and achieving established goals and objectives for quality and productivity measures.
  • Build base knowledge of POS products, policies, customer service procedures, and an understanding of compliance and association guidelines through on-going training.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Typically No Relevant Experience Required
