About the Role

ePERFORMAX Contact Centers Corporation is seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coaching and developing team leads to achieve high performance standards.
  • Monitoring team leads' adherence to TIER and providing feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborating with TLs and other departments to develop and implement action plans and projects.
  • Managing site attrition and conducting agent intervention sessions as needed.
  • Ensuring accurate attendance bonus and incentives for teammates and team leads.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a business-related field or relevant experience in a call center/BPO industry.
