Real Estate Assistant Role

This position involves financial modeling, market analysis, and report preparation to support investment decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research real estate databases for comparable data, analyze the data, engage with external stakeholders (such as brokers), and produce detailed analyses explaining/supporting findings.
  • Analyze real estate investments, including acquisitions and developments.
  • Create financial models to assess property performance and returns.
  • Conduct market trend research, property data analysis, and comparable sales/rentals research.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and clients.
  • Assist with due diligence, including reviewing leases and financial documents.
Requirements:
  • Previous work experience in Real Estate or related fields.
  • Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or Real Estate.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word; financial modeling expertise preferred.
  • Analytical experience enabling independent thought.
  • Familiarity with FileMaker Pro and internet searching skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
