Business Development Position

We seek a driven and empathetic professional to join our growing real estate investment team.

This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by helping individuals during challenging times.

As a business development specialist, your goal will be to initiate conversations, build rapport, and identify homeowners interested in selling their property.

You will earn commission on every successful closed deal you help bring in.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Make daily outbound calls to homeowners using a pre-qualified lead list.
  • Engage in empathetic and professional conversations to understand the seller's situation.
  • Qualify leads by identifying interest, motivation, and property conditions.
  • Collaborate with the acquisitions team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales or cold calling preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Comfortable speaking with individuals going through sensitive life situations.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to earn commission through successful deals.
