Property Valuation Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Valuation Specialist to provide strategic support for our clients' investment decisions. This role involves in-depth financial analysis, market research, and report preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze real estate databases, conduct thorough market research, and communicate with industry professionals to gather valuable insights.
  2. Evaluate real estate investments, including acquisitions and developments, to offer comprehensive analysis and recommendations.
  3. Create sophisticated financial models to assess property performance and returns, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  4. Stay up-to-date on market trends, property data, and comparable sales/rentals to inform client decisions.
  5. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership and clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  6. Assist with due diligence, reviewing leases and financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience as a Real Estate Analyst or related field.
  2. Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Real Estate.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with expertise in financial modeling preferred.
  4. Strong analytical skills, with ability to think independently and solve complex problems.
  5. Familiarity with FileMaker Pro and internet searching skills.
  6. Knowledge of real estate terms and metrics, such as cap rates, NOI, and IRR.
  7. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills, both written and verbal.

This is a fully-remote opportunity with competitive compensation based on experience.
