We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Real Estate Support Specialist to provide vital back-office support and client communication to our dynamic business.
About the Role:- Provide administrative support and project coordination to ensure seamless operations
- Manage and respond to emails and client communications in a professional and timely manner
- Handle follow-ups with clients, agents, and vendors to maintain strong relationships
- Maintain and update our CRM system to optimize sales processes
- Assist with scheduling, document management, and task tracking to enhance productivity
- Coordinate tasks between our real estate team and external partners to drive success
- Support lead generation and appointment setting as needed to expand our market reach
- Strong written and spoken English skills – clear, confident, and professional
- Experience in the real estate industry – understands terminology, timelines, and client expectations
- Keen to leverage AI tools to streamline processes
- Proficient with CRMs – Follow-Up Boss experience is a plus but not required
- Self-starter with high initiative – takes ownership and completes tasks with minimal supervision
- Organized and detail-oriented – capable of managing multiple priorities
- Flexible and growth-oriented – open to training, feedback, and evolving responsibilities
