Real Estate Transaction Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Real Estate Transaction Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in managing real estate closings and title work, not just support roles within real estate management companies.

This is a work-from-home opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly organized environment and understands the ins and outs of real estate documentation and transaction processing.

  • Handle all aspects of the transaction cycle for real estate transactions.
  • Review contracts, commitment letters, closing disclosures, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents to gather necessary documents.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with all legal and procedural requirements.
  • Prepare files for closing and ensure timely submission of all paperwork.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with all parties involved in the transaction.
  • Track deadlines and update transaction statuses throughout the process.
  • Maintain organized digital records of all transaction documents.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate transactions—not just administrative support for real estate firms.
  • Familiarity with title work, closings, and real estate documentation.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with digital tools, email, and document handling platforms.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST.
