Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor products and track new listings across multiple platforms.
  • Analyze replenishment reports to avoid stockouts and optimize inventory levels.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot non-selling or underperforming items.
  • Update item costs and ensure accurate product data.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to messages in a timely manner.
  • Manage product listings across various platforms, including eBay, Walmart, and more.
Requirements:
  • Experience in e-commerce, virtual assistance, or data entry.
  • Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and related platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently and adaptability to night shifts.
