Job Description

We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will support the smooth operation of our e-commerce store by managing calendars, communications, and project coordination.

The successful candidate will have experience with quality assurance testing in e-commerce environments, as well as basic coding skills to manage site updates. They will also be proficient in Shopify admin and CMS management, and have strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics.
  • Monitor inboxes and assist with communications and follow-ups.
  • Prepare meeting notes, presentations, and internal documentation.
  • Update product pricing, descriptions, and website content including headers and collections.
  • Conduct regular content audits and implement site-wide copy changes.
  • Use Shopify's admin dashboard to create or modify pages and collections.
  • Perform QA checks after product launches, price updates, or site changes.
  • Test customer journeys such as add-to-cart, checkout, and confirmation emails.
  • Identify and escalate bugs or UX/UI issues promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant, e-commerce coordinator, or similar operations role.
  • Proven familiarity with Shopify or similar CMS/e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience with quality assurance testing in e-commerce environments.
  • Basic coding experience (HTML/CSS) to manage site updates.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
