Job Title: E-commerce Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our team. As an E-commerce Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our online business, including monitoring e-commerce and marketing automation platforms.

You will work closely with external partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects. Your primary focus will be on maintaining and updating existing customer E-commerce sites based on received requests. You will also add or update items, customers, and locations in the ERP system and synchronize this information into the E-commerce system.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update existing customer E-commerce sites
  • Add or update items, customers, and locations in the ERP system
  • Synchronize data between the ERP system and E-commerce platform
  • Monitor e-commerce and marketing automation platforms
  • Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an E-commerce role
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
  • Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva
