About this Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented e-commerce professional to join our team. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our online storefront.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize product descriptions across all listings for clarity and conversion.
  • Regularly review the website to identify and correct errors or outdated information.
  • Monitor and manage product inventory levels to avoid stock issues.
  • Respond to customer reviews to maintain brand trust and engagement.
  • Update visual content including website banners, landing pages, and product photos as needed.
  • Liaise with vendors to coordinate inventory management, place purchase orders, and track fulfillment status.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in an e-commerce role.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce tools.
  • Highly organized and self-sufficient, with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset and the ability to multitask effectively.
