About Our Job

We are looking for a talented APAC Sales Strategist to join our sales team in Manila or Singapore. As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding new SMB customers for Payoneer across all verticals and focus on acquisition of B2B customers by identifying and approaching prospective customers and building a strong pipeline of opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify emerging business opportunities and develop value propositions that address client needs
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute central initiatives and represent the voice of the region
* Collect and share voice of customer feedback with key stakeholders internally
* Create and articulate compelling value propositions for Payoneer services in coordination with the marketing team

Requirements

* Minimum of 5 years as a top quota-carrying business development manager with a track record of outperforming targets and annual quotas
* Proven success in selling payments or e-commerce solutions to SMB customers will be advantageous
* Superior verbal and written communication skills in English is a must
* Ability to build strong relationships, as demonstrated through prior experience prospecting and leveraging industry contacts to develop and close new businesses
* Strong business acumen and analytical skills
* Experience in multi-national working environment (collaborating with remote teams)
* Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
* High integrity and passion for excellence
