Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive our business growth in the APAC region. As Chief Sales Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our company's overall objectives.

Your key duties will include leading cross-functional teams, establishing new partnerships, and converting opportunities into revenue-generating accounts. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify new leads, develop targeted sales plans, and implement effective sales strategies to achieve desired results.

Your role is crucial to driving business profitability and key commercial growth initiatives in the APAC market. To succeed in this position, you must have a proven track record of leading sales teams, driving revenue growth, and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the digital money market or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor dynamics in the APAC region.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example, build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence within the sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to various audiences.
  • Proven expertise in CRM systems, sales forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software, tools, and technologies.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with our company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, develop targeted sales plans, and implement effective sales strategies to achieve desired results.
  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities and increasing revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales training programs, ensuring the sales team has the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or finance.
  • Professional certifications in sales, marketing, or leadership (optional).

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Candidate must be eligible to work in the countries specific to the position.
  • Travel as required to meet business and customer commitments.
