We're seeking a highly motivated Delegate Sales Executive to drive delegate revenue across our portfolio of APAC-focused events. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, has a strong commercial mindset, and is passionate about engaging senior-level executives across different industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive delegate sales revenue by proactively selling attendance packages to senior business professionals across the APAC region.
- Maintain strong relationships with past attendees and potential new delegates to maximise conversion and retention rates.
- Research and identify prospective delegates through market intelligence, CRM databases, and industry networking.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to generate leads and close deals.
- Work collaboratively with marketing and content teams to align sales strategies with event positioning and audience engagement goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring high-level customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer insights, and competitive activities to refine sales strategies.
- Represent EngineeringUK professionally at industry events and conferences to enhance brand presence and secure new business opportunities.
