Account Onboarding and Management Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned software engineer to oversee the development and maintenance of systems that facilitate business setup and growth on our platform.

This role entails crafting secure, seamless, and intuitive experiences through scalable solutions that balance regulatory requirements with customer-centric design.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and deploy high-quality, scalable applications in AWS ensuring excellence is met.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions addressing clients' everyday challenges.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies to keep the tech stack modern and competitive.
  • Enhance system observability and reliability through writing tests, adding key metrics, debugging issues, and learning from incidents.
  • Contribute to team growth by assisting with resume screening and conducting interviews for new talent.
Key Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of full-stack development experience with end-to-end ownership of business-critical systems.
  • Strong skills in React.js ecosystem including TypeScript, Hooks, Redux/Zustand, and MUI.
  • Proficient in Node.js and TypeScript; experienced in building APIs and working with event-driven/serverless systems.
  • Hands-on AWS experience with strong database design skills and knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL and ORMs.
  • Curious and detail-oriented with strong debugging skills and ability to balance correctness with practical tradeoffs.
  • Effective communicator open to feedback and eager to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
