As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Agile Team to improve processes within Oracle Recruiting Cloud. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

To succeed in this position, you should have a strong background in Agile methodologies and project management, with experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud or other talent acquisition applications.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related courses, and at least 5 years of relevant experience in project management and Agile methodologies.

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Manage the updating of ADO boards.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business units, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Provide regular project updates to partners and senior management.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation.
